Contributing Through United Way and CFC

You can direct all or part of your United Way contribution to the National Niemann-Pick Disease Foundation. Look for a section on the contribution form which states "I want to direct my gift...". Write in the Foundation's name and address as shown below and specify the amount to be contributed.
